The track ball was deliverd quickly, however they sent the wrong color. Ordered a black one and a white track ball was sent. But the item does work great. The shipping in my opinion is excessive for the weight of the product. Having worked in a warehouse, I know that an item of that weight does not cost six to seven dollars to ship!!

I tried this product, but ended up going back to the original trackball. The movement of the ball wasn’t as smooth and sometimes when I would move the ball my phone wouldn’t recognize the movement. It could have been a bad ball, but I’m not going to buy another one to see if it works.

I bought Sunday night, was told it would take 4-5 days to process and take another 5-6 days for shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to see the trackball showed up Thursday afternoon. 3 days total from placing the order to being in my hand. . . nice! The trackball fit and works great, kind of feels a little smoother and quieter than the original. My only complaint was that the picture shows this trackball as being all black, but the one I received had a white housing around the black ball which annoyed me. Magic marker was a quick fix, wish I didn’t have to, but oh well. I’m sure they would’ve replaced it, but I’m impatient. Definitely recommend this.
