Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away from any of this company’s software or products!

I bought it for all the connecting cables in 2006 which is great! It has a Bluetooth dongle so that makes most cables obsolete today. The software is a real time saver for backing up or edit your phone contacts on the PC keyboard instead of a tiny phone’s “keyboard”. I will be moving to a mobile windows phone so everything will sync with “active sync” and Outlook.
