    2. I switched to AT&T from T-mobile a couple months back (a big mistake). I have experienced a hellish experience with AT&T services. Be prepared to spend a lot of time with AT&T customer service if you decide to use their service.

    As for Amazon, I have no complains.

    3. Its 2009 and what LG calls as smart phone can’t sync with outlook. My Nokia phone in 2000 could sync with outlook.
    After buying data cable and software, I realized that LG doesn’t support Xenon for outlook sync. I have wasted multiple hours on internet to find that despite all the workarounds posted you can’t really sync the phone with outlook. Mine is going back.

    BTW other than that:
    Battery life is miserable.
    Touch is un predictable
    Phone hangs every now and then. .
