In April, I signed my contract with At&t, i’m now awaiting delivery of my 6TH PHONE!!!! 2ND W580I!!!! Customer Service is a complete and total joke and will be of no help whatsoever. I recevied my W580i yesterday to replace the previous 4 LG CU400’s! The slot where the sim card goes will not actually hold the card unless you take it to a At&T mobile store, where they jam the card in so far it is impossible to remove. The memory card slot on the top of the phone does not actually hold the memory card unless you hold down on it, even then it’s a crapshoot as to wether or not your phone will be able to access pictures and or ringtones. The memorycard will say that it has no more memory on it with only 120 contacts listed. After this contract is done, i will be forever done with At&t and will be going back to Sprint, where i had no problems.
