the old ecricson is much better this one is cheap and u need to buy a memory card if u wana use the camera or have more than one song on ur phone. I used to like this brand but i will never buy it again. I rather use the phone i had in 1999 than this one. and the sync up program is so confusing the older version it took to seconds to upload songs on it this takes sooo long and is soooo confusing. Dont waste ur money on this. This is a phone for babies not an adult phone

I ordered this phone a couple weeks ago with free 2 day shipping, I was very excited to get my new phone. It did not show up in 2 days but after 3 days I got an email saying it would take another week. It has been a week and a half and I got a new email today saying it could take another month!
This looks like a great phone but I couldn’t really tell you cuz at this rate my phone may never get here.

My mother and I both got this phone, mainly for the MP3 player. When we added a 4GB M2 memory card the phone became glitchy. Sometimes it would see the memory card and other times it would just say no file or memory card not installed. When connected to a data cable attached to my laptop it would not always show the memory card, would not let me transfer things saying memory card had stopped responding or would only show part of the memory card files. After going through three of them, I brought my laptop with me to the AT&T store to test another exchange. The assistant manager set up the phone and connected to the laptop. It did not show all the files so he disconnected and tried viewing them on the phone. Same error I kept getting, no files, no memory card installed, ect. I tried other memory cards to be sure it was not the card and the same thing happened. So they tried another one while I was at the store and it too was defective. The phone itself is great it just has a problem with the memory card interface. I hope they are able to correct this soon.

I am replacing my old Sony Ericsson with the red w760a and I have the same problem with this phone as I did with my older one. When I use the phone’s recurrent alarm function, the screen on the phone starts to act weird like giving me a white screen or the screen is jumbled up with unreadable text. The screen will not go normal until it has been left alone for 15 minutes or has been turned off and on again. At first it’s just when the set alarm goes off but later on it happens randomly when trying to make a call or receiving a call. I refuse to believe that it’s a coincidence because this exact same problem occurred in my old Sony Ericsson. Either AT&T messed up the phone software or SE overlooked something crucial. Either way it is really inconvenient. Next time it happens I’ll try to take a picture and post it up.
