  2. Hi,

I just got my w755 phone which replaced my LG 8300 a phone that I really love execpt for the buttons.
    Pros
    Great Sound Quality
Great reception works in malls and elevators
    Looks great
    Light

    negs

Reaction time to pushing button for commands is slow

Speaker quality not so great on this phone. I will check it out with another one in stock in a verizon store.

No Flash on camera but none of the phones have that these days. Welcome to manufactuing without pride.

I’m a firm beliver that products made years ago were better made. (I believe this accross the board) After all this phone has an internal antena vs my LG has an external. But the Motorola has been preforming fine in the reception end. Even the sound quality is pretty good via ear piece.

As far as a phone is concerned it’s great. I’m still undecided if I’m keeping it because of the reaction times to the commands. I guess the reaction time is slower because of Java or aero display feature. This is another trend. Make the phone look nicer and sacrafice productivity. But If this is what our population thinks is important I’d rather keep my opinion to myself on what I think of the whole situcation. I’m actually having the same issue on my GPS the old one was quick the new one although looks nicer redraws slow.

Go figure Welecome to America or China.

Anyway as far as what this piece of equipment (the w755) is used for it is a good phone for reception and sound quality, the camera takes nice pics also (Even without the Flash) I truly don’t care about the 200 other pages of multimedia stuff but if you are into that it has ton’s of features including Gps which seems cool

  4. I’ve had this phone for a while and I really like this phone.

Since this phone is on verizon the call quality is great and I have had no problems with it. Great basic cell phone. I have hardly any complaints. The battery will last for a few days and the phone doesn’t have much of a learning curve. The interface is decent and they have many shortcut keys. The camera is pretty good. I use as a secondary camera when I don’t have my main camera. I send a lot of texts messages on this phone. the keys are really assessable and the battery can slip out just fine. The phone hasn’t had any dropped calls or has it lost connection. There are some useful features that I like on the phone. It even has web capabilities which is plus if you plan on using it. Small enough to fit into your pocket. The keyboard isn’t a full size keyboard since this is a flip phone. They did a good job though spreading out all the keys. If you have large fingers than it wouldn’t be a problem. It comes with vcast if you plan on downloading music and movies and such and such. There are a decent number of applications you can access. you have to pay for a good majority of them though. This phone also comes with many different themes to choose from. I don’t have a favorite. these themes can help you choose what kind of interface you could like to have. Some people have been complaining about that speaker phone, but I hardly ever use the speaker phone. The screen size could be bigger, but i could still see through it just fine. They don’t give you many ringtones. You could although get a ringtone using an application to get more ringtones if you must. There area few backgrounds that come with the phone. If you don’t like any you can run an application to more backgrounds. I don’t see why some people complain about this phone. It’s a great phone and experts even agree as well. this is great for a basic phone. This is not a smart phone obviously.
