I was looking for a sturdy case for the Env3 with a clip. This is actually a hard plastic snap-on case that’s been coated giving it more of a velvety feel than a rubberized feel. I really like the feel of it and the color stands out.

The clip came in 4 parts The clip, the locking hub, screw and screwhead cover(sticker). I applied some blue Loctite, not supplied, to the screw threads so it wouldn’t back out and secured the locking hub to the back face plate. It requires a very tiny phillips head driver to tighten. The screwhead itself is VERY flat and recessed in the back faceplate so doesn’t look like it would touch the back of your phone. . . . but I applied the rubber screwhead sticker anyway.

The clip is VERY easy to use, just grab the phone and push down on the release with your thumb and voila! It also allows the phone to clip in any position vertical, horizontal, diagonal. . .

The only drawback is if you have the phone clipped horizontally with the hinge toward the ground, the phone can flip open. . . But I’m getting better at keeping hinge side up. . . Love it and for the price. . . . awesome. . .
